One widget takes up to 100 sources, collects the 100 most recent reviews from each, and holds up to 1,000 manually added reviews.

Display problems

Works in one browser but not another

If the widget appears in one browser and not another, or works in incognito but not normally, a browser extension is blocking it — usually an ad blocker or a privacy extension..

Showing sample or wrong reviews

Sample reviews mean no source is connected yet — every widget ships with placeholder reviews so you can see what it looks like.

Widget not showing on Shopify

On Shopify the widget is usually missing because the Custom Liquid block was added to a template the page does not use, or the change was previewed rather than saved..

Widget not showing on WordPress

On WordPress the two usual causes are a caching plugin serving the old page and a security plugin stripping the script from the content..

If none of it helps

Send support a direct link to the page with the widget on it and your widget installation code. Without the link there is nothing to inspect, and that is the most common reason a ticket takes an extra day.
