Amazon exposes only its Top Reviews publicly, so that is what the widget can collect. The full review set is not available to anything outside Amazon.
Refreshing, re-adding the source or changing the sort order will not produce more. This is Amazon’s limit.
Why some reviews never appear
Amazon selects which reviews to surface publicly on a product page. Reviews outside that selection are not reachable, and this changed on Amazon’s side rather than ours.
What to do instead
Show the Amazon reviews you can get alongside reviews from elsewhere — your own store, Google, or a marketplace where the full set is available. A mixed widget is more persuasive than a partial one anyway.
If specific Amazon reviews matter, add them by hand as custom reviews.
Status
A workaround is being looked at, with no timeline. There is a wishlist entry worth voting on.
