Thirteen guides, one per platform plus a general one. Each names the exact menu path, the name that builder uses for its embed field, and what goes wrong there.
They cover the options that are not us, including the platform’s own built-in reviews and hardcoding testimonials by hand, because a guide that only describes its own product is not a guide.
A short answer first, then the configurator, then the detailed steps for anyone who wants them. Each names the exact menu path in that builder, what it calls its embed field, where reviews belong in its templates, and the failure mode particular to it.
They also cover the routes that are not our product — the platform’s own built-in reviews where it has them, and hardcoding testimonials by hand. A guide that only describes its own product is an advert.
Help and troubleshooting works through the causes in order of frequency, with the console errors written out literally.
