What it does
Switch on Translate Reviews with AI and reviews written in other languages appear in whichever language the widget is set to. Translation happens once and the result is displayed from then on.
How it works
Separately, the widget interface — Write a Review, Read more, Posted on — is translated on every plan, and any label can be edited by hand if the translation reads oddly.
The two settings are independent: you can translate the interface without translating the reviews.
The thing people get wrong
Translating the interface and translating the reviews are different settings, and people switch on the first expecting the second.
What it does not do
It needs Pro or above. Two other things are paid-only and worth knowing about when comparing: advanced customisation help from our team, and the free installation service. AI summaries are on every plan including free.
