Where Trustindex is the better answer
Fewer options is genuinely easier to set up. If someone non-technical is doing it once and never touching it again, that counts for something.

Reconnect your sources and rebuild. Neither vendor stores reviews in a way that needs exporting.
Reviews collected from public platforms are not locked to any vendor — they live on Google, Tripadvisor and the rest. Reconnecting them somewhere else is a configuration job, not a migration.
