What it does
Three controls over individual reviews, separate from the filters that set general rules. Pin one so it always leads, hide one entirely, or highlight a phrase inside the text so the eye lands there first.
How it works
There is also a search across your collected reviews, by reviewer name or by content, which is how you find the one worth pinning in a set of a hundred.
Highlighting is the unusual one. Most review tools let you choose which reviews appear; very few let you draw attention to the sentence inside one that actually makes the point.
The thing people get wrong
Pinning and filtering solve different problems. Filters set a rule that applies to everything; pinning is a decision about one review. Using a filter to surface one good review usually hides several you wanted.
What it does not do
Hiding a review removes it from your website only. It stays on the platform, keeps counting towards your rating, and remains visible to anyone who looks there.
