Google can’t find my business

There are three ways to connect a Google source: business name, business name together with the address, or a Google Place ID.

The average rating looks wrong

The rating in the widget is taken directly from Google and cannot be edited.

I deleted a review but it’s still showing

A review deleted on Google is not automatically removed from the widget, and waiting will not change that.

Three connection methods rather than one, a separate Merchant Center programme with almost the same name, one profile per widget in the single-source app, and by some distance the most support volume. None of that applies to the other seventy sources.
