Something is not working
Check help and troubleshooting first — it is ordered by how often each problem happens and most cases are the first three checks. If that does not resolve it, send us a direct link to the page the widget is on and your widget installation code. Without the link there is nothing to inspect.
Questions before buying
Ask. The free plan is a faster answer to most questions than we are, but if you want to know whether something specific is possible, we will tell you straight, including when the answer is no.
