What we build
A widget that collects reviews from 71 platforms and displays them on any website. That is the whole product. It is not a reputation management platform, not a review-collection service with invitations and verification, and not a marketing suite.
Why the scope is narrow
Most tools in this category grew outward until they were priced for teams that do not exist in a business with one location. Doing one thing means it can be free for the people who only need that one thing.
Who we are
Part of Elfsight, which has been building website widgets since 2014 and is used on several million sites. That matters mainly for the boring reasons: the infrastructure is not new, the support team exists, and the company will still be here next year.
What we get wrong
No published accessibility conformance statement. No review export. No pre-moderation on reviews collected through the widget. Each of those is on a page somewhere on this site rather than omitted, because a buyer finds out eventually and it is better they find out now.
Where the company bits live
Elfsight is the service; this site is the product site for the reviews widget. Accounts, billing, the privacy policy and the terms are all on elfsight.com, which keeps one set of documents rather than two that drift apart.
