Your widget stopped serving because the monthly view allowance ran out. The console shows APP_VIEWS_LIMIT_REACHED, and your dashboard shows current usage.
It resumes at the start of the next period, or immediately on a larger plan.
What counts as a view
A view is the widget loading for a visitor. One person loading three pages that each carry the widget is three views. Search engine crawlers and your own visits while editing count too, which is why usage is often higher than expected.
Why the allowance went faster than expected
Placing the widget in a footer or a floating badge means it loads on every page, which multiplies views by your page-per-session average. A single homepage placement uses a fraction as many.
A traffic spike, a newsletter, or a page getting picked up somewhere will do it too.
What to do
Upgrade to resume immediately, or wait for the reset. To reduce usage, limit floating badges to the pages where they matter using display rules rather than showing them everywhere.
