Language and translation

Two separate things.

The short answer

Two separate things. Changing the widget language translates the interface labels — Write a Review, Read more, Posted on — and is available on every plan. Translating the reviews themselves is an AI feature on Pro and above.

Any label the automatic translation gets wrong can be edited by hand.

Interface language

Settings tab, select the language. Every plan. If a label reads oddly in your language, the Edit Texts section lets you replace any of them individually, which is also how people remove a label entirely by replacing it with a space.

Translating the reviews

AI Features tab, switch on Translate Reviews with AI. Reviews in other languages are rendered in the widget language. Translation takes a moment and appears once complete.

This is the only setting in the whole app that requires Pro or above. Everything else, including AI summaries, is on the free plan.

When it is worth it

Anywhere with international customers — hotels, restaurants in tourist areas, cross-border ecommerce. A wall of reviews in five languages is only persuasive to the fraction who can read them.
