Webflow Embed elements do not render in the Designer canvas, only in Preview and on the published site. Every Webflow user hits this once and assumes the widget is broken.

As an Embed element in any section, or through Custom Code before the closing body tag.

Full-width sections suit carousel and grid layouts; narrow columns and sidebars suit a badge or a list. Floating badges can be limited to particular pages and to desktop or mobile.

Embeds do not render in the Designer canvas — only in Preview and on the published site. This looks like a failure and is not one.

If the widget appears in the editor but not on the live site, the change was previewed rather than published. The Webflow troubleshooting page goes through the rest in order.
