How to add Google reviews to Elementor

Build the widget, copy one line of code, and paste it into an HTML widget dragged from the panel. About five minutes, and no developer.

  • Add your Google reviews by hand in the editor

  • Pick a layout and match the colours to your site

  • Copy the embed code

  • In Elementor: the Elementor editor

  • Add an HTML widget dragged from the panel and paste the code

  • Save, and it is live

What is different about Google on Elementor

Elementor users generally want the reviews inside an existing layout rather than as a full-width strip. The widget works inside columns, tabs and popups, and the inline badge layouts fit into a narrow column where a carousel will not.

Where to put the reviews in a Elementor site

Anywhere you can drop a widget, including inside columns, tabs and popups.

Full-width sections suit carousel and grid layouts; narrow columns and sidebars suit a badge or a list. Floating badges can be limited to particular pages and to desktop or mobile.

When it does not show up

Elementor containers with a fixed height will clip the widget. Set the container to auto height.

If the widget appears in the editor but not on the live site, the change was previewed rather than published. The Elementor troubleshooting page goes through the rest in order.

What it costs

The free plan runs on a live Elementor site — a plan, not a trial, with no expiry and no card at signup. Paid plans are priced by monthly views and widget count. Websites are unlimited on every plan.
