GoDaddy reviews widget

Put the reviews you have already earned — wherever you earned them — on your GoDaddy site, and collect new ones from the same widget.

Add customer reviews to your GoDaddy site

Build the widget, copy one line of code, and paste it into your page. No developer, no theme files, and it keeps itself current afterwards.

  • Connect your sources

  • Choose a layout

  • Paste the embed code into your site

Every review source, not just one

Most review tools for GoDaddy handle one platform, or only reviews left on the site itself. That stops being enough the moment your reputation lives somewhere else too — and for most businesses it does.

This takes Google, Facebook, Yelp, BBB and 67 more, up to 100 sources in one widget, with tabs so a visitor can filter by platform. Browse all 71.

What GoDaddy already does for reviews

GoDaddy's builder has a reviews section that pulls from your Google Business Profile. For a single-location business showing only Google, that may genuinely be enough.

If that covers what you need, use it. This is for the case where your reviews are spread across platforms your site cannot see.

The one thing to know about GoDaddy

The builder restricts where custom code can go, so a widget lands in an HTML section rather than wherever you like. Floating layouts are the practical answer if you want it somewhere the section cannot reach.

Where reviews belong in a GoDaddy site

An HTML section in the page editor. Floating badges are set in the widget and appear over the page regardless.

Full-width sections suit carousel and grid layouts; sidebars and narrow columns suit a badge. Floating badges can be restricted to particular pages and to desktop or mobile.

Reviews and search results

The widget outputs review schema markup automatically. Whether Google shows a star rating depends on what the reviews are attached to — worth reading before you expect stars, because for a business reviewing itself the answer is usually no.

What does help either way: reviews on the page are content, and a page that answers what customers actually say is a page people stay on.

What it costs

There is a free plan with no expiry and no card at signup: 1 widget, 200 views a month, and a small Elfsight badge. Paid plans are priced by monthly views and how many widgets you build. Websites are unlimited on every plan, including free.
