Social review widgets
Where social customers leave reviews
None of these platforms has a review system. What you are showing are posts, comments and recommendations you selected — which is closer to a testimonial than to a review.
All three are added by hand for that reason.
| Platform | Who uses it | Worth your attention if |
|---|---|---|
| Customers who praise you in comments | Your customers are active there | |
| X (Twitter) | Public compliments | You get mentioned and want to keep it |
| LinkedIn Recommendations | B2B buyers and recruiters | A named professional recommendation carries weight |
Which of these to actually bother with
LinkedIn is the strongest of the three in B2B, because a recommendation arrives with a name, a job title and a company attached.
Keep the wording exactly as it was written. Tidied-up praise reads as written by the business, which defeats the purpose.
Why one platform is not enough on your own site
Your rating on the biggest platform is what search shows. Your website is where someone decides. Those are different moments, and the second is helped by breadth — reviews from three sources read as harder to fabricate than the same number from one.
One widget takes all of these plus 60-odd more, up to 100 sources, with tabs if you want visitors to filter. Browse all 71.
If you want it pre-configured
The saas page comes set up with the sources that matter for this trade, and with the placement advice that goes with it.
