All 14 layouts, AI summaries, review collection, filtering, schema markup, Google Analytics events and custom CSS are on it. The limits: one widget, 200 views a month, and a small Elfsight badge. Auto-translation, hands-on customisation help from our team and the installation service need a paid plan. No feature is withheld purely to force an upgrade, which is unusual enough in this category to be worth saying.
What the limit actually is
View allowance. A view is the widget loading for a visitor, and the free plan includes a monthly allowance. A single widget on a homepage lasts a long time; a floating badge on every page of a busy site uses it considerably faster.
When the allowance runs out the widget stops serving until the next month. Nothing is deleted and nothing breaks.
Free versus paid, honestly
If you have one site, one widget and moderate traffic, the free plan is the product and you will not need anything else. If you run several sites, need more views, or want reviews translated, that is what the paid plans are for.
There is no feature withheld to force an upgrade, which is unusual enough in this category to be worth stating plainly.
